I have completed the strength training and cardio and continue to be faithful to both. I have tacked 3 time this week. (I was busy and started to do other days but got busy and didn't finish tracking on those days.) Calories have been well over the bar yesterday and today. I think it will probably reflect on the scale on my Tuesday weigh in.) I managed to stay within my calorie limit on the other days. Snacks in the evenings also decreased, I think because I was eating supper at six or six thirty.
Pretty successful over all. Disappointed with the extra calories yesterday and today.
I will move to week 4 and continue on with the challenge.
