I finished week 3 too!!! I am glad that I signed up for this challenge. It was hard at first, but now the exercise makes my day complete. I haven't seen huge weight loss, but I do feel my body changing and getting tighter. I hope to see a big loss this week.
Hey everyone! Well I am about to tackle day 5 of my third week. I am a little apprehensive because yesterday when I was doing my 30 minute exercise, I pulled a muscle in my hip and because of this was not able to do my 10 minute video. I hope I will be able to achieve my goal today. I know for sure that I will definitely have to take it easy.

I have finished this week. I feel I gained weight on mother's day due to not eating right but I was able to get back down really fast by sticking with the challenge. I am losing weight and I am almost going to hit my 150's for the first time since I had my baby.
