Week 3 day 1 again! I will get through this but life is definitely not making it easy two wakes and funerals, my son had eye surgery and my mom had a fall! Man life it tough but literally pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again!

Did some stress eating, slept on a couch and had a car accident, rear ended, not my fault!

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again! I have been tracking nutrition and walked the dog but today snuck in three videos!! Back on track! I am sweaty and tired and yet feel a sense of accomplishment and feel good. I am oof more than a week now but I just need to complete this challenge for me. I did not get it done in 4 weeks but I will do all the tasks in a longer time frame and that is all that matters emoticon

w3d6, walked 2.97 miles, did toning exercise, stayed on track
w3d7, yeah completed week 3, stayed on track.Walked 3 miles, did strengthening exercise.

W3D1 I am of schedule but I will complete this! I lost a whole week but I am continuing anyway as I am NOT going backwards. Life gets in the way some times but as long as I keep tracking and moving that is the main point!

Sweating from the Cardio Kickboxing and I snuck in two other videos, the Bollywood Cardio Dance, a challenge but fun for me anyway! I did the 14 minute and the 16 minute so my extra Cardio for the week is completed! YES!

W3D2 Completed 10 minute video for abs- could do a little more without modifying this week. I did 52 minute walk with dog and friends. We saw a mama duck and three ducklings swimming along- so cute. Now I'm going to track today's food. I feel good about this challenge.

I've hit the wall this week so I'm stretching it out a few more days. The seated workouts are great! Ongoing issue with one ankle, per dr & therapist needs a little more time. My therapist is quite impressed with Sparkpeople... He had never really checked it out before. I expect to do more next week.

Half way through week 3 and doing ok. I bought the 28 day Bootcamp DVD and have been using that for some of the extra cardio. Also have been doing a lot of walking.

So, technically week three started yestereday for me. My plan was to start 30 Day Shred Sunday and incorporate it with the challenge videos. LOL Well, after I did Jillian for 20 minutes there was no way I was also doing the 10 Min Cardio Kick. I am not really sure why they have the Cardio Kick as Day 1 on all of the challenges if you are doing 30 minutes of Cardio in addition. Therefore, today I did the Cardio Kick, today's challenge video (Cruckless abs) and 30 min on the elliptical. So now that I am caught up I can try and incorporate the 30 Day Shred with the Challenge. We will see how it goes. Also, I want to try and do the Crunchless Abs workout everyday. It hurts while I am doing it, but not after or the next day so I think doing it everyday will be ok...we will see. I am trying to become more flexible in my core and upper legs. emoticon

The race is not to the swift, but to the one who endures to the end.

Week 3 got off to a rough start for me, not much access to the computer for workouts, and Saturday's kitchen cleaning marathon took it's toll. I did finish a few projects, do some cleaning, and rested a bit. I did not do the kickbox workout, but caring for the animals, and the chores I tackled were about the same. I'm not starting over, I'm just gonna keep going, if I start over, I'll run into the Christmas Holiday, and be right back where I am, so I'm just picking up on W3D2.

Dead Last Finish is greater than Did Not Finish, which trumps Did Not Start.

Starting Week 3-just finished the video of theday-gosh, am I un-coordinated or what?!? If I could learn left from right and have arms and legs actually working together I might just get the hang of the kick-boxing thing. emoticon

Well I was doing good until yesterday, went to beach and got very sunburnt. Took yesterday and today to recover as it hurts to shower, clothes or stretch :( Hopefully back in gear tomorrow. Other wise I had a great time.

Starting Week 3 today and the sun is shinning at last.
Exercise is not a problem, eating is and the rain (good excuse or not) and it has been raining for 2 weeks now, gives me cabin fever so I want and eat comfort foods.

Dreamveil1 - I took up tap dancing in Jan went from a size 12 pants that were tight around my thighs to size 6 pants that are loose, and I'm only down 8 lbs. We tapped 3x a week and I practiced most days.. I am back home now and I have 2 tap dance DVDs. I tap at home 3X a week, and will continue at home until we get back to Arizona this winter.

Jumping into week 3! I've lost 7 pounds and I think it's been due to this extra exercise. I love that they are so short, I can just do them anytime. I've recruited a friend to walk with and I think she'll me joining soon. Still loving it!

Well I have finished week two. it was a struggle both physically challenging but this week I was just off set so motivation to keep going and doing. I am still not seeing the results in my legs and buttocks that I am hoping for. Any suggestions?
It is very hard to eat healthy and wise on a tight budget. I too am on one. I use protein powders, and and going to try and make my own protein bars. Best thing I can suggest is moderation, variety, watch your fat intact and drink lots of water. The water is one of my hang ups.

week 3 is over and I'm really not on board. I'm going to continue with this last week and start the challenge over again. Again, the exercise is not the problem it's the eating. My kitchen is constantly empty and it seems as if I'm eating the same foods because I'm on a tight budget. I really don't know what to do but to hang in there.

I typically post as I begin the week, but today it is as it end it. Week 3 had some challenges...my husband got a walking boot cast and since he has been more mobile than he has in the past month he just wanted to go, go, go. So I took advantage and started working on projects around the house that I needed him here for before he goes back to work on Tuesday.

Done with week three, wow! I have to say that this challenge has been harder for me than the other one that I did. I am not sure why that is...! I've got one more week to go - this has really helped me see what areas I need to work on most (core).

Changed up my cardio today...couldn't work out at lunch time like I usually do so I decided to try some new videos tonight....one Denise Austin and one Dancing With the Stars. DWTS was tough to follow because they don't give a lot of direction, but it sure was fun!

Well I gained the 2 lbs back. I am finding it hard to be consistent with my exercising because of arthritis in my knee and pain in my foot if I move certain ways. I get the foot pain when walking and the knee pain when I have to bend them.
