Yay! Got through all videos plus the bonus video to complete Week 2. Have tracked all food and drinks for the entire week. Ready for Week 3... emoticon

That's WHY THERE ARE MANY EXERCISES TO CHOOSE FROM...TRY THEM AND THEN DECIDE WHICH ONES YOU LIKE AND REDO THEM...BUT VARIETY IS THE KEY..YOU DON'T WANT TO GET BORED...
