Another tough-to-complete video-I know it is good to get out of my comfort zone of the exercises I do as it can only help me with more strength and flexibility but I tell you...it is really playing havoc with my self-esteem. Guess it is time to read my article on positive thinking and start rephrasing some of my negative self-talk into more " I can" statements. It's a journey and I'll get there if I can just not quit and keep learning something about myself every day- emoticon

It took me over a week to complete week one, now I'm al ost done with week 2

Did the video pilates and also the standing abs video, I like the side bends with weights. I'm going to add that one to my commercial work out list
