I frequently go over my cardio mark, is there a problem with that??? Never got a warning message, hmmm. I admit I don't track eating like I should, my bad! I NEVER skip breakfast, or any other meal for that matter . I'm also never hungry after a workout, especially a run, but I get real thirsty, so I down some water and then maybe a protein smoothie for recovery. Good Luck!!!

I am the same way - it is hard to eat all day long - I will do well for a week and then fall back into the old eating habits - no breakfast no lunch too much dinner. And then I chastise myself plan out my meals for the next week do well - and then fall back again. I guess as long as I keep getting back on track it will eventually become a part of my life.

I blame NOT eating for my weight issues. I used to skip both breakfast and lunch. I'd have a snack sometime during the day (usually junk) and then eat about 1.5 servings for dinner. I never had any energy, so I was very inactive. Not only that but almost 200 lbs and suffering from malnutrition. My hair and nails were dry with lots of breakage.
I've had to FORCE myself to eat three times a day and get my intake up to normal. I was only consuming about 900 calories a day before and was 70+ lbs overweight! Since I've started doing this, I've lost 45 lbs! Girl, ya gotta eat.
In fact, I'm having this problem today that I don't want to eat, I think I'll follow my own advice and go make some breakfast.

have to have something in the tank or the body will shut down. Migraine headaches, etc.

eat breakfast and go from there. If you feel hungry, eat. If you feel thirsty, drink.

I agree. There are times that I just don't feel hungry, but watch out when I am. I can't seem to find the right food to fill me up. I just hop I am keeping track of everything. I haven't gone over the amount of calories, but there are times I am very close to the max. I do cheat but I write everything down. Keeping track of everything you put in your mouth is the best thing to do. Good luck.

I am a 3 meal and 2 snacks girl myself. I try to choose healthy and succeed a great deal but then...as I put it in my mouth I know its the wrong thing. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOsometimes I fail!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I'm not hungry after I exercise and then in the evening or the next day I'm famished. Slimkim is right, it's important to eat during the day, especially when we step up an exercise routine. It is counterintuitive but it works.

Sounds like you are not eating enough to support the amount of exercise you are doing. I know it sounds strange, and goes against everything we thought we knew, but you have to eat to lose.

I don't know if it's the medication(s) I just started, if it's the amount of exercise I'm suddenly doing, or if it's just my body throwing a wrench into my plans, but I waver between not wanting to eat anything (during the day) and wanting to eat everything (at night). For instance, yesterday I ate next to nothing during the day, and I wasn't hungry. But as soon as I crawled into bed, my stomach growled and I had to have a snack. Is anyone else experiencing this problem/pattern?
Also, I'm scheduling myself to do 40 minutes of cardio a day, but I'm frequently (every day) going over my calories burned goal. SP tracker yelled at me last week, so I upped the cardio, but it's still happening... I don't know what that means. Is anyone else also having this problem?
