I am on Day 5 and have seen differences (in a good way) in my body. Today I branched out and did one of Jessica Smith's dance and walk videos. It was great! emoticon

I am on Day 5 working with my own videos such as 'walking strong' and the FIRM which is extremely challenging with strength training and aerobics. I have been doing it and do expect weigh loss by March 31 of at least 10 more pounds. I am doing great. emoticon emoticon

This video really is my very least favorite-I have yet to do it and feel okay with myself when I finish-Just have to accept I'm just not there yet-Will emoticon

well, just finished video for day 5 and now feel more out of shape and like a fat whale than ever before-if Nicole said one more time "this will be a little more challenging" I was going to scream! If I could lift my 200 lbs by my elbows I sure in the heck would have been ready for this video-really-this video on day five of week ONE! I'm not in shape, I'm trying to GET in shape. Perfect example on why I do not join classes at the gym-it is just assumed that, sure, we can all lay down and lift up this mass of fat on elbows and strength of the length of our bodies and hold it while performing other phases of the exercise. Very discouraging! emoticon
Not giving up-just ranting and having a good cry-I hate when something I try, even the modified version, is almost impossible and highlights my obvious short-comings and my largeness.
Okay, will try day 6 and hope this is not a sign of things to come or this challenge may never see the light of day again. Good luck to all-wishing you success. emoticon

I took a 15 minute walk today. I walk a total of 30 minutes in 2 stores. I can't walk as much as I want to because I am having severe foot problems. I am having a shoe cast put on my foot Monday. I love to walk.
