well, just finished video for day 5 and now feel more out of shape and like a fat whale than ever before-if Nicole said one more time "this will be a little more challenging" I was going to scream! If I could lift my 200 lbs by my elbows I sure in the heck would have been ready for this video-really-this video on day five of week ONE! I'm not in shape, I'm trying to GET in shape. Perfect example on why I do not join classes at the gym-it is just assumed that, sure, we can all lay down and lift up this mass of fat on elbows and strength of the length of our bodies and hold it while performing other phases of the exercise. Very discouraging!
Not giving up-just ranting and having a good cry-I hate when something I try, even the modified version, is almost impossible and highlights my obvious short-comings and my largeness.
Okay, will try day 6 and hope this is not a sign of things to come or this challenge may never see the light of day again. Good luck to all-wishing you success.
