There have been a few setbacks for me this week as well. But I kept at it and did two videos on a day if needed. I realized I LOVE the quick routines and boy did a few of them make my body sore!

I'm glad I saw this discussion. I joined the challenge 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to start week one. Every time I say I'm going to start doing something for me, life gets in the way, or I get sick.

I'm feeling so down about my weight I can't stand it.

Thanks for the post!

Although challenges are set up to help people be accountable for a daily exercise routine, they are NOT set in stone. We still need to go at our own pace....especially when an injury occurs.
As you pointed out going forward is the only direction to go....YOU can do this.

You are doing great, its all part of the journey those other challenges or life circumstances that suddenly show up, but the more we take control of our lived the less we feel like victims of our circumstances. Hang in there, as long as you dont quit you are doing great!

Each time I start a challenge, it seems I get an extra life challenge also.

I have not completed week 1, and am going to start over today. I have had a strained muscle, though I didn't understand that at first. I needed to back up, so I have. I feel ready to continue, too, and want to only be one week behind, if I can be, rather than several weeks then months behind like has happened for previous challenges.

Thank you for reading this, if you did. Posting here helped me feel accountable, and now I can step forward again.
