I know this is an older post, but I had just completed day four as well. I had sadly overeaten today(only by 300 calories), but I am not letting it get the best of me. It's always nice to see someone is doing what I am doing and I hope that this encourages someone else to stick with it! Keep Strong!

I had a week like that. What appeared to have happened was I was misjudging how many calories I was eating. I went a whole week at 1200-1300 calories and restricting calories burned to 150/day five days a week. That week I lost three pounds and have been doing well ever since. You may be unintentionally eating more than you think (especially if you are eating out) or you may not be eating enough for the number of calories you are burning. Try experimenting a bit and things should get better. Good luck!

I'm enjoying the strength videos, keeping within my nutrition guidelines and mostly do more cardio than I'm targeted. But the number on the scales is no different. Hopefully it will change for next week :(

I had started this challenge while on vacation which wasn't very smart since two of those days were spent in the car (not much chance of getting any exercise in while driving a car!). So I am starting today. Best of luck to you!

Overall great day today...completed day four video, went for a nearly two hour walk and did ten minutes high intensity aerobics. I am down ten pounds from my starting weight with a goal to lose four more by May 20th. Here's hoping!
