Day 6 literally "kicked my butt"! I did the 28 day cardio & sculpt video prior to the butt blaster video and I thought I just might of over did it. But after looking at previous comments, it was just an intense workout by itself! Me and my butt are thankful for you Coach Nicole!

I was just about to post the same thing! I had trouble on day 2 with the abs. And then day 5 again with the abs. But day 6 was the hardest! I always thought that I had above average butt muscles, today I was proved wrong. Holy moly that was rough!!

Oh my goodness! I have been doing all of the other videos twice but I could hardly get up off the floor with one round of the butt blaster! Owie! Definitely going to be loving the results from this one!

This was the hardest day yet! I have had a sinus headache for 2 weeks now, so hanging my head like that was awesome! Lol This was a great workout, start to finish. I feel like I really did some work on my tush today! Thanks for kicking my butt, Coach Nicole!

Today is Day 3 for me. I haven't been able to see the video's, but have been using the one's I have. Today I went to the gym doing Elipitical, Recumbent Bike, Arm Bike, Leg Press, Pull Downs, and walked the track. Every joint in my body ache. I would really like to make it through this challenge.

Holy Butt Blaster Video!! Even the opposite glute was screaming just from staying in that position while working the other side. Guess I've been missing out on that muscle group in my workouts! Nice target Coach Nicole!!
