Starting week 1 tomorrow! I lost weight with SP in the past, but I get lazy and that laziness got me up 10 lbs! So this challenge is just what I need!!!!! I'm going to need some motivation, so I hope that being here will help! I will check in tomorrow!

You can do it and I agree with you about focusing on consistency. That is what I am aiming to do too.

I'm starting on the 29th. Over the past year I've put on quite a bit of weight after I got a job working in an office. I have a big reunion coming up this summer and I would love to go and be able to feel great about how I look.
My main goal is consistency. I keep starting workout plans and then not following through with them. No more excuses this time!
