Well, I started the challenge on Wednesday, did the Day 1 cardio kickboxing video and stayed within my calorie range.
Thursday and Friday are the days I work, so those are my "no exercise days". I didn't bring my lunch to work on Thursday, so I ate the cafeteria food. I had chicken parmesan with spaghetti noodles and broccoli. All those carbs and calories! Needless to say, I went way over my calorie range for Thursday. I should have chosen a salad or a grilled chicken sandwich instead. But Friday, I remembered to bring my lunch, so I stayed within my calorie range. And.... my boss brought in this HUGE chocolate cake and I did not have a slice. It was tough to say no, as I love chocolate, but I did not give into temptation!! I have also been using the stairs at work, rather than the elevator.
So today, Saturday, I'm back on for exercising. I did a Tae Bo Cardio Kickboxing video (I loved Coach Nicole's day 1 video that I had to go out and get a kickboxing DVD for my own) and the Day 2 core video. I also stayed in calorie range for my meals, too. So far so good. I will post an update on how tomorrow goes for me.
