Have you tried viewing the video on youtube? Sometimes it works better on there when there is a lot of traffic on SparkPeople.

I cannot get the day 4 video to play and it is throwing my whole day off. I guess I will start with cardio.

I am mot where I need to be, but, Thank God, I am not where I used to be, I'm okay, and on my way.
