Other than it freezing throughout I thought it was a decent video too. You should try the videos over on exerciseTV.com This one is my favorite:

He reminds me of Carlton from The Fresh Prince and I find myself totally smiling while I'm working out.
They have a few shorter ones called the "Enviga" videos, I think. I'm impressed with the sweat and burn that I work up in just 10 minutes with them.

This morning I walked a mile in 24 minutes, and I just finished Coach Nicole's 10 minute video. I must say I am quite surprised with the 10 minute workout. I thought I'd be bored the whole time, because it wouldn't be challenging enough. But I'm still sweating now! emoticon I may have to add these videos to my weekly routines even after the challenge ends!
