I hear you on the non finishing. I have had such a challenge with that over the years. But SP, at least for me, has made the journey fun & exciting. When I track my fitness & other stuff & get points, it makes me want to do something the next day, even if it's 10 minutes.
Just take this bit by bit - 10 minutes by 10 minutes - 1 day at a time. Just focus on Day 3, not the 25 left to go.
Also, see if you can think of one positive thing that you are doing right now & dwell on it a bit throughout the day. Stay positive. You can finish!!!
