Good thinking, Lisa, since we can just edit our own posts! Sometimes that accountability factor is motivation enough to do a little more. And as an avowed SPoints junkie, I earn nothing for the first 7 glasses, but *5* for the 8th! (I'm not completely in favor of that. As a dedicated babystepper, I think it's most important to slowly increase those good habits and do a little more on a regular basis.) So I will see how many water points I can earn in the coming week.
Saturday - 5 pm and only 5 so far; I'll see how much more I can get in! Well it's now just after 8, and I've started my 8th cup, so those 5 points are mine!!
Sunday - It's not yet 7, and I've had 6 cups so far. I think I can drink 2 more, and collect my 5 points.
Monday - Got in 9 today--that's a lot for me!
Tuesday - It's about 7:30, and I've begun #8--another day, another 5 points! Yep, I made it!
Wednesday - I think so--I kind of lost track; it could have been 7 or 9.
Thursday - I know I got 8 this day.
Friday - I'm starting on #9 a little after 8 pm.
WooHoo! Thanks for this challenge, Eva--I think that's the most water points I've ever earned in a week!
And I'll work on the following challenge. First, tell me if anyone else on the team has trouble with clutter or organizing? Anyone into feng shui? I'm thinking about an Air challenge that can be tweaked, based on people's needs, interests and experiences. This is going to be totally fun!!
Oh, tips! For anyone who has trouble drinking their water--and for a long time I did--one thing that has helped me is to tie taking a sip to a repetitive action, like turning the page while you read, or using the tab or enter key at the computer. Something you do frequently (but not constantly) that reminds you to take a small sip. Those sips add up, and don't require large-scale guzzling. Happy drinking!

"I love myself the way I am, and still I want to grow;
But change outside can only come when deep inside I know:
I'm beautiful and capable of being the best me I can,
And I love myself just the way I am."
