For anyone who wants to do the Physique 57 April Challenge from Facebook. Here it is:


April Fitness Challenge

Spring forward with our April Challenge and get ready for bathing suit season! Jump start your summer workout routine with this energizing challenge. Remember, it’s not about how many times you stop but how many times you jump back in!

Exercise: Work out 6 days a week with our Physique 57 DVDs (Volume 1, Volume 2 or both).

Here is the suggested schedule for each week:

*2 days in a row of the Classic 57 Minute Workout DVD (Volume 1 or 2) – 1 hour each time

*Express 30 Minute Full Body Workout (Volume 1 or 2) – 30 minutes

*Classic 57 Minute Workout DVD (Volume 1 or 2) – 1 hour

*Booster (Arm and Ab Booster OR Thigh & Seat Booster) AND Express 30 Minute Full Body Workout (Volume 1 or 2) – 1 hour

*Classic 57 Minute Workout DVD (Volume 1 or 2) OR Double Booster if you have both Volumes (Arm and Ab Booster AND Thigh & Seat Booster) – 1 hour

Health: Stay hydrated! As the weather gets warmer, pay attention to your water intake. Your body needs to be well hydrated in order to function at its best. Lifestyle: April is National Volunteer Month; Do something for someone else. This can be anything from helping someone cross the street to volunteering for a local organization. There is no better gift you can give than the gift of giving!
