I am trying o do something 6 days a week. I have a schedule where I have one day with a trainer, then I alternate Cardio and weights the other days. I have Sunday as my rest day and once in a while I miss a day. Like this week. Oops. So for me this week has been: Sunday - Rest Monday - Trainer Tuesday - (missed my run after a long day at work) Wednesday - I did cardio and weights both
