Happy April Fools Day to everyone in the Fort!

I went to Curves three times this week -- 30 minute circuit/interval and stretch.

Plan is to do the same again and add at least 3 strength videos this week.

Keep on keepin' on!

Totally depends on the week and how much I need to study but I try to do:

Tues & Thurs: spin class
Wed & Sun: cardio kick boxing

And I try to walk my dog every day. I like doing classes at the gym on campus. I wish they had more early morning options!

Julie that sounds like a great plan of attack... I was doing so well then totally fell into a rut!
My plan for this week was
Monday- Zumba Wii
Tues- Run, Ripped-Missed
Wednesday- Zumba Wii- Missed

Today-Run - 18 minutes done..thats all I could get with the kids- Ripped tonight
Fri- Zumba Wii
Saturday- Zumba class, Run 60 minutes

I am trying o do something 6 days a week. I have a schedule where I have one day with a trainer, then I alternate Cardio and weights the other days. I have Sunday as my rest day and once in a while I miss a day. Like this week. Oops.
So for me this week has been:
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Trainer
Tuesday - (missed my run after a long day at work)
Wednesday - I did cardio and weights both

Yet to come:
Thursday - run
Friday - weights
Saturday - Run


Running is becoming a joy!

So we all know that the recomended exercise is 30minutes 3x a week.. maybe you do more then that or maybe your working up to that. Either way post what your workouts were here!
