About a month ago I started drinking a full 24 ounces every morning when I wake up. I read about it here on SP. I fill a water bottle at night and put it by the bed. When I wake up I make myself drink it all. At first I wouldn't let myself out of bed until I drank the entire thing, just to be sure I would do it, but now I really want to drink it all and I don't have to push myself. It helps me wake up, gives me energy, and gets me started on my water. It is very easy to get in all 8 glasses of water when I start with 3 first thing in the morning!
