I make myself drink one of my Nalgene bottles before I can have a cup of coffee! I am on my first bottle for the day...

About a month ago I started drinking a full 24 ounces every morning when I wake up. I read about it here on SP. I fill a water bottle at night and put it by the bed. When I wake up I make myself drink it all. At first I wouldn't let myself out of bed until I drank the entire thing, just to be sure I would do it, but now I really want to drink it all and I don't have to push myself. It helps me wake up, gives me energy, and gets me started on my water. It is very easy to get in all 8 glasses of water when I start with 3 first thing in the morning!

Running is becoming a joy!

Ok so I have gotten in 32 oz so far... I also have had 4 cups of coffee..YIKES!

So I would like to challenge you guys to get in your water every day! I know that I have struggled with this for the past month.

64oz of water... lets get it in every day!

Drinking more then that? Good! I know the guidelines on water is always changing but not drinking enough is not good for anyone...

So How much did you get in today?
