Thanks for the link Melinda!! I have been meaning to measure myself and look at my past measurements from back in the late 90's. I know I was about the same size I am now, but I was proportioned different. I also have measurements from March of 2011 when I started the Diabetes Prevention Program and Spark People.

LOL I do my own too, although DH probably wouldnt complain I would hate it though.... but anyways.... yes, I def. take my own also!
