I just finished the 7th workout for level 1 today! I'm proud that I stuck to it and did the video every single day and sometimes did more exercise like a bike ride or volleyball.
I can definitely tell a difference! I might have lost 3-4lbs (I often fluctuate about 2-3 lbs any given day for water weight, etc. so I'm not sure how much is from this), but my body is noticeably (to me anyway :-)) different. I feel tighter and smoother. Clothes fit and look better!
The workouts have gotten easier. The first few days killed me and I was super sore the first few days. My endurance has improved and I have been able to go for the advance version of every move (except the darn push-ups!). I've tried to improve my form and push the exercises! I can feel my body getting stronger (as Jillian says, You Strong!).
I'm looking forward to finishing level 1 and seeing what level 2 has in store! 3 more days!
