I remember how that feels. Keep at it. It took me 2 weeks to get through week 1 with stopping and wheezing.

Slow and steady your body will adjust as you go along.. I found yesterday was my first day and it also kicked my butt. I thought I was going to be sick but I have been on a mission since beginning of Jan. I will see this through like I did with the other bootcamps :) I am combining this with the spring into shape bootcamp ... silly me :) I know how fast a month can go now and I honestly don't want to waste a minute just thinking about doing it ;)

Day 1 kicked my butt. I could not finish because I felt sick which was my fault, it was mid afternoon and all I had to eat was a slice of pizza. I managed about 15 min and I am feeling it today. Hopefully tomorrow I can put in some good time.
