Slow and steady your body will adjust as you go along.. I found yesterday was my first day and it also kicked my butt. I thought I was going to be sick but I have been on a mission since beginning of Jan. I will see this through like I did with the other bootcamps :) I am combining this with the spring into shape bootcamp ... silly me :) I know how fast a month can go now and I honestly don't want to waste a minute just thinking about doing it ;)
