I am about to do the video day 1 level one for me... I added it to my fitness tracker and do you all think that the work out only really burns 173 calories? A 20 minute video? Just curious? That is a lot of work for only 173 calories........I mean I know I will get many more benefits from the video besides burned calories, but I just don't know if that would be an accurate count.

SERIOUSLY: I just finished the video.. omgosh you have to be kidding that I ONLY burned 173 calories... my arms are on fire! *LOL*

Hello Guys!

I am sorry if that question has already been asked here, but I just want to know how you track shred in your SP fitness? There are not all exercises of Level 1 listed and I want to track it as realistically as possible.
