CLIFF'S CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE

1 (4 serv.) pkg. Jell-o SF chocolate cook and serve pudding mix
2/3 c. Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) keebler chocolate pie crust
In a medium saucepan, combine dry milk, dry milk powder, and water. Cook over med. heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil; stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese and vanilla, stirring well, until blended, stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 servings.
