Hi Ann, I copied down your recipe. I want to try it. I'll have to wait until I go shopping to get the Kielbasa and apples. It sounds yummy. DH and I both love Kielbasa and apples and cabbage. So I'm sure we will both enjoy this. thanks for sharing. :) :)

Kielbasa Cabbage Dijon
Serves 4

1 tsp. corn oil
1 med. onion, sliced
5 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Hellman's Dijonaise Creamy Mustard Blend
******OR (2 tabl. lite or f/f mayo and 2 tabl. dijon mustard)
2 tabl. light brown sugar (or 1 tabl. Splenda Brown)
2 tabl. cider vinegar
1# Kielbasa Sausage, sliced

In a large skillet heat corn oil over med. heat. Add onion and cook stirring for 5 min.

Add cabbage and apples stirring occasionally. Cook 10 min. or until tender.

Stir in apple juice, mustard, sugar and vinegar. Add kielbasa, cover and simmer 5 min. or until heated through.
