I haven't tried anything in it either. I haven't used much soy with the exception of I have added a couple of tablespoons of soy flour to JoAnna's bread machine recipes and I believe the results are a better and moister crumb. Her recipes in that book sure look good though.

Anyone have this book? I bought one for myself and one for my sister. She likes soy, I donít but I figure I can always try again in case my taste buds change. I want to tell my sister some of the best recipes to try first. Anyone have any favorites to recommend?
