I have a couple of questions (I don't have this book). First when it says "1 (6 ounce can) white tuna, packed in water, drained and" what should follow "and". Second it says " For each serving, place 1 muffin half on a plate and spoon about 1/2 cup tuna / shrimp mixture over top.", How much shrimp? It does sound good though. jeff
