Please do NOT reply to this thread, this is only a explanation of what this forum is for, and how the Cookbook Cooking Club works. If you have questions or comments, please create a different thread to post in.
This is the forum to post actual recipes, to request recipes, and to swap recipes!
The Cookbook Cooking Club is for any member of the Healthy Exchanges Spark Team who wants to join!
Each month we choose one book, that all members of the Cookbook Cooking Club will use to test, and try as many recipes from that book as they choose, then come back to the HE Spark Team and tell us what you thought of the recipe, if you made any changes, and what you would or wouldn't do different if you plan on making it again.
There will be a thread created each month for the Cookbook Cooking Club. All post in that thread should be on the topic of that month's cookbook and recipes from that cookbook. If you have questions or comments that are not on the topic of that month's book or recipes in that book, please either start a new thread, or email me.
When you post if you could use the ADD A LINK button at the top of the box that you write posts in, and put the web address of the recipe you tried it would be greatly appreciated. You can either post the recipe in a separate thread, or link to another page on the world wide web that has the recipe already posted. But, do not put the recipe directly into the Cookbook Cooking Club monthly threads. By adding links to the recipe/s you tried you will help future members and current members browse recipes with out as much clutter, and have fun maybe inspiring new healthy meals in their menus. This is not a requirement however, only a suggestion.
As you browse the Cookbook Cooking Club you will be able to easily figure out how the club is ran and what it is about.
If you would like to join the club but do not have the book/s we are doing certain months, the following websites have many of the Healthy Exchanges books very deeply discounted-
