1 (4 serving) pkg. jello SF instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (4 serving) pkg. jello SF lemon gelatin 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 1/4 cups water 2 cups (one 16 oz. cup) fruit cocktail, packed in fruit juice, drained (reserve liquid) 3/4 cup cool whip lite 1/2 cup (1 oz.) mini marshmallows
In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry gelatin and dry milk powder. Add water and reserved fruit cocktail liquid to dry pudding mixture. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blen in cool whip lite, fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Lin's Notes: This is VERY good, but you need to serve it soon after it has chilled (not longer than 60 minutes) or it tends to separate.
