1 pk Jello sugar-free instant -vanilla pudding (4 serv) 2/3 c Carnation non fat dry milk -powder 1 ts Instant coffee crystals 1 1/3 c Water 1/2 c Cool Whip free 1 c (11oz can) mandarin oranges-rinsed and drained
In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, coffee crystals and water. Mix well using wire whisk. Fold in Cool Whip Free and mandarin oranges. Evenly spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
