1 (12-fluid-ounce) can Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs, sightly beaten, or equivalent in egg substitute 1/2 cup Splenda Granular 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup seedless raisins 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 4 sices reduced-calorie white bread, torn into small pieces
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine evaporated milk, water, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir in Splenda and cinnamon. Add raisins, walnuts, and bread pieces. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Gently mix before serving.
