12 (2 1/2") graham cracker squares* 3 cups(6 small) cored, peeled, and sliced cooking apples 1/4 cup granular Splenda 1/2 tsp. Jo's apple pie spice (or any) 1- (12-fluid oz) can Carnation Evaporated Fat free Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored spray. Crumple 6 of the graham crackers on the bottom of the prepared dish. Cover with half the apple slices. Sprinkle 2 T. Splenda and 1/4 tsp. apple pie spice evenly over apples. Crumble remaining crackers over apples. Place remaining apple slices on top of crumbs and sprinkle 2 T. Splenda and 1/4 tsp. apple pie spice over apples. Pour evaporated milk over top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until apples are done. Place baking dish on rack and let set for at least 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
