Sirloin Shishkabob......SB

Quick, easy and colorful. Serve with a green vegetable or a leafy
salad and you have a complete meal.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound sirloin, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion, cut into 2 inch squares
2 cups cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Measure the olive oil into a shallow baking dish. Add the sirloin,
onions, and cherry tomatoes.

Toss all together to coat with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt
and pepper.

Place on skewers and grill until the steak is to desired doneness.

Serves 4.

1 serving: 15 g. fat; 6 g. total carbs; 1 g. fiber; 25 g. protein
