1 tablespoon flour 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning 4 oz lean minute beef steaks 1 tablepoon artifical sweetner 1 ¾ cups Hunts Chunky tomato sauce (15 ounce can) ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped green bell pepper ½ cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained (2.5 ounce jar) 3 tablespoons shreaded Kraft, reduced fat, mozzarella cheese (¾ ounce)
In Flat dish, combine flour and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Gently coat steaks with flour mixture. Spray a large skillett with olive-flavored cooking spray. Brown steaks, on both sides, over medium heat. Add artifical sweetner and Italian seasoning, to tomatoe sauce. Add onion, green bell peper, and sliced mushrooms. Lower heat. Cover and simmer for abour 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Just before serving, sprinkle cheese over the steaks.
