16 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1 rounded teaspoon Morton Tender Quick Salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon Hickory Seasoning Liquid Smoke
In a large bowl, combine meat, tender quick salt, garlic salt,
