In a large skillet sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in Jo's Sausage Seasoning. Add tomato sauce, salsa and corn. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in dry rice. Remove from heat. Top with cheese triangles. Cover. Let set 5 minutes.
