Super Bowl Sunday BBQ

1 3/4 cups (14.5-ounce can) canned stewed tomatoes, undrained

2 tablespoons Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet

1/2 cup Diet Coke

2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/4 cup Heinz Light Harvest ketchup

1 1/2 pounds cubed cooked lean roast beef

In a blender container, combine tomatoes, Sugar Twin, Diet Cole, soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Cover and blend on high 45 to 60 seconds. Pour into a large skillet. Heat over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes. Add cubed roast beef. Lower heat. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until halftime.

Serves 8 (1/2 cup).

Each serving equals: 232 calories, 12 grams fat, 27 grams protein, 4 grams carbohydrates, 238 milligrams sodium, 1 gram fiber.
