1 8-ounce package Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream 1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 cup skim milk 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 (4.5-ounce) package Hormel 95 percent fat-free dried beef, rinsed and chopped
In a 4-cup glass measure, stir cream cheese with spoon until soft. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, skim milk, onion flakes, parsley flakes and black pepper. Stir in dried beef. Cover and microwave on medium (50 percent power) for 10 minutes, stirring after every 3 minutes. Let set for 1 to 2 minutes. Good warm with crackers. Serves 8 (1/4 cup).
