1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise 1 tablespoon white vinegar Sugar substitute to equal 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 4 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1/4 cup grated carrots
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar substitute, and parsley flakes. Add cucumbers, onion, and carrots. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
