This meat loaf is all dressed up and ready to "party", but even if
your only guests are your family, they'll thank you for serving this
tasty, tangy dish.
List of Ingredients
6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) dried fine bread crumbs
8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Healthy Choice or Heinz Lite ketchup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine bread
crumbs, meat, egg, black pepper, and onion. Form into 4 patties.
Place in a hot skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Brown patties on both sides. Place browned patties in an 8-by-8-inch
baking dish. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup,
and mushroom soup. Pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes.
