Pizza Pronto Pot Pie

We had this one for supper tonight. YUMMY!!! As far as weight watcher points goes this one is about the same per serving as a piece of pizza BUT the fat grams probably are less. It is easy, and delicious so that makes it fabulous!!!!
8 oz lean ground beef or turkey
3/4 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped green bell pepper
1 c (one 8 oz can) tomato sauce
2 tsp JO's Pizza Seasoning
1 tsp splenda
1/2 c (on 2.5 oz jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c (3 oz) shredded Kraft reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 c + 2 Tbls bisquick heart smart baking mix
1/4 c (3/4 oz) grated Kraft fat free parmesan cheese
1/2 c hot water
preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. In a large skill spray with olive oil flavored cookign spray, brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Stir in tomato sauce, JO's Pizza Seasoning, splenda, and mushrooms. Bring mixture to boil. Spread meat mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheesse over top. in a medium bowl, combine baking mix and Parmesan cheese. Add water. Mix well to combine. Spread batter evenly over top of mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is light brown. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
