ULTRA QUICK MEATBALLS
16 ounces extra-lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup + 2 tablespoons (4 ½ ounces) dried fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, milk, parsley flakes,
and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine. Form into 36 (1-
inch) meatballs. Place meatballs in a large skillet sprayed with
butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown meatballs on all sides. Lower
heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
