Spinach Meat Loaf
16 oz. ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chpd. spinach, thawed & thoroughly drained
6 T. find dried bread crumbs (1 1/2 oz.)
2 tsp. JO's Italian Seasoning*
1 3/4 cups Hunt's Chunky tomato sauce (15-oz. can)*
2 tsp. Sprinkle Sweet or Sugar Twin (or Splenda)
3/4 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (3 oz.)
Preheat oven to 350 deg. In a large bowl, combine meat, spinach, bread crumbs, 1 tsp. JO's Italian Seasoning and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Mix well with hands to combine. Pat mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 min.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining tomato sauce, remaining 1 tsp. JO's Italian Seasoning, Sprinkfle Sweet and mozzarella cheese. spoon sauce mixture evenly over meatloaf. Continue baking 15 to 20 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces.
Can be FROZEN.
