Grilled Meatloaf Patties Newsletter March 2001 pg.7
These are made on the George Foreman grill.
12 oz. lean ground beef 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 3/4 oz. dried , fine bread crumbs 1/4 c. reduced sodium tomato juice 1/8 t. black pepper
Combine all in a large bowl. Using a 1/2 cup measure as a guide, form 4 patties. Lightly spray the GF grill. Arrange the patties on grill. Close lid and grill for 5 min. Serve hot as is or place on hamburger buns. Serves 4
