filling mixture 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 1-1/2 Tablespoon prepared, yellow mustard 2 Tablespoon ground cumin 2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
meat mixture 1-1/2 pound ground meat(beef, pork, turkey or meatloaf mix) 2 medium onions, finely chopped 1 Tablespoon chopped or minced garlic 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 cup water
In large heavy skillet, saute all meat mixture ingredients until onions are translucent and water has evaporated. Do not brown the meat. Break up large pieces while cooking. Drain off fat reduced from meat. Return to heat and add the ingredients listed above for maid rites filling. I hope this might be what you are looking for.. Let me know how it tastes. Can someone do the nutrional counts for this .
