Heartland Scallop - Crock Pot - 5 Points

16 ounces 90% lean turkey or beef
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1 cup (one 8-couce can) corn -- cream-style
1/2 cup (one 2.5-ounce jar) mushroom -- sliced, drained
1 can (10 3/4-ounce) Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
6 scant (20 ounces) hash brown potatoes -- shredded, frozen

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray,
brown meat and onion. Spoon browned-meat mixture into a slow cooker. Add
corn, mushrooms, and chicken soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
Hints: Mr. Dell's frozen shredded potatoes are a good choice or raw
shredded potatoes may be used in place of frozen potatoes.

Each serving equals:
HE: 2 Protein - 1 Bread - 1/3 Vegetable - 1/4 Slider - 8 Optional Calories
