Pulse the oatmeal in a food processor, if available. In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, egg substitute, onion flakes, mustard, and ground beef. Mix together well. Shape the meat mixture into four balls, then flatten into 1/2"-thick patties. Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes per side. While the patties are cooking, make the gravy according to the package directions. Mix in the horseradish, garlic powder, and mushrooms. Pour over the patties and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
