16 ounces ground 90 percent lean turkey or beef 1 cup diced celery 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup (1 8-ounce can) Hunt's Tomato Sauce 1/4 cup (1 2-ounce jar) chopped pimento, undrained 1 cup water 1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/3 cups (3 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained pimento, water, garlic, parsley flakes and black pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 6 (1 cup).
