Easy Skillet Goulash{ 5 Points per serving}

8 ounces ground 90 percent lean turkey or beef

3/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup (2.5-ounce jar) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (10.75-ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup

1/3 cup water

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained

2 teaspoons paprika

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion and green pepper.
Stir in mushrooms, tomato soup, water and black pepper. Add macaroni and paprika. Mix well to
combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4 (1 cup).

Each serving equals: 246 calories, 6 grams fat, 15 grams protein, 33 grams carbohydrates, 368
milligrams sodium, 24 milligrams calcium and 3 grams fiber.
