16 oz. extra lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast 1 cup coarsely chopped green pepper 1 cup coarsely chopped onion 2 tsp. Jo's Loose Meat Seasoning or any meat seasoning 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas,warmed 1 cup chunky salsa (mild,medium or hot) 1 cup finely shredded lettuce 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored spray, brown meat for 5 minutes. Stir in green pepper, onion and Jo's Loose Meat Seasoning. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or just until vegetables start to soften. For each fajita, spoon a full 1/4 cup meat mixture into center of a warm tortilla, top with 2 TBSP. salsa, 2 TBSP lettuce and 1 TBSP sour cream; then roll up. Serve at once.
